Nutrition-based detox vs. Mechanical detoxification. (Regarding alcohol and smoking detox)

It is recommended that alcoholists and smoking addicts in the withdrawal stages combine mental-energetic treatment with detoxification. Detoxification can significantly reduce the intensity of side effects.

Mechanical detoxification includes drinking natural squeezed juices, coffee enemas, liver and gallbladder flushes, and kidney cleansing.

Detoxification can be performed on three different levels.
