Nutrition-based detox vs. Mechanical detoxification. (Regarding autoimmune patients)

Patients with autoimmune diseases need powerful combined detoxification of nutrition, mechanical detoxification, and complementary detoxification. Mechanical detoxification of the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys has a far-reaching impact on the immune system. In autoimmune disease patients, it is often necessary to combine with releasing unresolved traumas from the past. The most suitable 3 techniques are hypnotherapy, Yoga, meditation, and Tai-chi.

Mechanical detoxification includes drinking natural squeezed juices, coffee enemas, liver and gallbladder flushes, and kidney cleansing.

Detoxification can be performed on three different levels.
1 Nutrition-based detox - A balanced diet of natural foods, drinking only natural drinks. (It is a relatively slow detoxification suitable for people who wish to maintain good health.)
2 Mechanical detoxification - In addition to proper nutrition, mechanical cleansing of the organs carrying the significant metabolic burden: liver, kidneys, and intestines. This quick detoxification is most suitable for patients with chronic illnesses, including autoimmune diseases.

3 Additional immune and physiological boosters - Good night's sleep, exercise, sun exposure, acupuncture, Chinese Medicine: Cupping, Scraping, and Dipping feet in hot ginger water, and supplements such as omega-3 and vitamin B12.
