The main difference between the regeneration of tissues in the body and the brain is that brain tissue renewal (especially in the hippocampus) requires the brain's exercise. In contrast, the regeneration of cells in the body is unrelated to the brain's practice. Like the rest of the organs, the brain depends on its physiology, the immune system, and the body's energy balance. Hence, brain researchers' conclusions are not surprising.
