I am almost 61; I ask myself, am I supposed to retire?

Work is often an essential source of income and a place where satisfaction, connections with people, and intellectual challenges necessary for self-esteem and self-image can be produced. At the same time, combining leisure, hobbies, vacations in the family's lap, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle is critical. Quite surprisingly, productivity increases when the person works fewer hours with more focus. It is often impossible to reduce the distractions of modern technology, which forces us to react immediately to any stimulus. Social networks are a vast time-grabber. Time and leisure management are critical in a healthy lifestyle, especially in recovered cancer patients.
