What can we deduce from the fact that, on average, doctors' life expectancy is no longer than the general public's?

A quick search reveals that there is quite a significant variation in the life expectancy of doctors, depending on the different medical professions. Doctors who work under high pressure often live fewer years on average. But the main conclusions are different:

1 Doctors apply the medicine they perform to their patients—Indicates high moral integrity.
2 Doctors do not learn from their own mistakes and do not implement a healthy lifestyle and diet, as would be expected!
