Patient rights laws reflect universal moral values, but what is missing in them?

The law and the various proclamations documenting the patient's rights are medical ethics documents at the highest level; jurists carefully drafted them. Patient rights laws are based on the values of human dignity and freedom and the right to maintain medical confidentiality. The inclusive formulation omitted potentially problematic issues, such as preventing conflicts of interest at all levels. Allocation of resources, especially in emergencies, will only be done on a medical basis (and not economic considerations) in the patient's best interest.
