I doubt if there is a safe and effective pharmacological or surgical solution for penis enlargement. However, a simple device stretches the penis during sleep or even during the day. I have no experience with the device (Proextender), but the principle sounds plausible to me. Just as bones or the neck, lips, and other organs can be stretched, there is no reason why the male genitalia should not be lengthened. It is a process of months but cheap and without serious risks.
