Is it advisable not to eat internal organs of animals, such as the liver, kidneys, intestines, heart?

Practical issues concerning people suffering from eating and food addiction. It is recommended to reduce the consumption of animal foods in general.

Internal organs like the liver and kidneys are easier to digest than fibrous muscle such as steak. The heart is muscular meat, difficult to digest, and less recommended for eating, especially from an application that is difficult to digest. The liver and kidneys of animals contain many vitamins and minerals and have incredibly high nutritional values; they are relatively easy to digest. The high cholesterol stored in the liver does not need to scare you! Most cholesterol produced in your liver is not directly related to your diet! Intestines are fibrous tissue, relatively difficult to digest. Muscle tissue should be soaked in wine or vinegar to soften. Cooking in a pressure cooker is best suited for cooking hard-to-digest tissues.

You may be surprised; bad cholesterol, LDL, and hypertension are not the leading causes of coronary heart disease! 75% of all heart attack patients had regular to low cholesterol levels! Only about 20% to 25% of cholesterol originates from our diet; the rest is synthesized in the liver.
