Improving blood circulation in the cervical lymph nodes may greatly help with migraine pain.

Migraines are symptoms of intracranial pressure due to disruption of the blood flow of the jugular (neck) veins due to swollen lymph nodes. A gentle massage, preferably with aromatic oil, of the neck, nape, temples, and clavicle may improve blood flow to the brain and back and significantly relieve migraine symptoms.
