The physician in the community usually knew the patient personally, the family, the environment, and the workplace. Medical history has always been in his memory since the patient usually only came to him. The worsening shortage of doctors has led to the almost complete abolition of medicine in the community. The patient has more advanced and technological treatment, but the personal attitude is gone. The difficulty is that a flesh-and-blood physician can no longer process the amount of medical information required, so the transition from community medicine to more modern medicine has not necessarily improved medical care, especially regarding chronic diseases and non-invasive treatments.
