The doctors have created environments with an aura of geniuses who know everything. And who is the fool who dares not to follow their instructions? Most people in real-life danger do not ask challenging questions; they unthinkingly follow the doctors' instructions. (Only a fool like me went against the advice of his doctors and survived.)
