One of the complications of chronic prostate inflammation is the phenomenon of urinary retention, with leakage of only a few drops. Urination is accompanied by severe pain. This is a rather frightening condition that brings almost everyone to the doctor. Steroids combined with antibiotic therapy are probably what the attending physician will prescribe for you, but this is only temporary relief at the cost of weakening the immune system.
