I am a chronic artery disease patient. Is a nap after lunch harmful to my health?

A short nap is not harmful to health. Usually, the nap is limited to one to two hours at most. If it is long and impairs continuous sleep at night, it may decrease the immune system's function. Damaged tissue regeneration occurs mainly at night when the digestive system is inactive.
