I am used to sleeping every day at noon; can daytime sleep harm me?

A nap is not harmful unless it prevents you from having a continuous night’s sleep. The immune system repairs itself mostly at night while the digestive system is at rest. The biological clock distinguishes between day and night sleep (using the hormone melatonin), so it is advisable not to overdo sleep during the day.
