I went to a naturopath who recommended detoxification for me; I'm not sure about the recommendation. Is he suitable for fibromyalgia patients?

Fibromyalgia is a multi-symptomatic inflammatory disease in various systems and organs. The functions of the liver and kidneys have a critical impact on the disease. Patients with fibromyalgia, in particular, are older. (Those aged 40 and over) typically need mechanical detoxification of the liver and kidneys and an anti-inflammatory diet. Systematic and proper detoxification is designed to improve and rehabilitate the immune system. It is an essential and even necessary tool, but it is often not enough as an exclusive treatment for fibromyalgia patients. It is desirable to pay attention to the mental-energetic dimension of fibromyalgia.
