Discussion: Is Acupuncture Effective In Treating Autoimmune Diseases?

As someone who has performed over 300 acupunctures in China, I can confidently say that acupuncture is a particularly effective treatment, sometimes also excruciating. (In my case) in most cases, many treatments are required to feel the change. I strongly recommend patients with autoimmune diseases try acupuncture. It is essential to know that painful acupuncture is a successful treatment! The energy penetration into the blocked Meriden causes the pain, not by stabbing the thin needle.

Acupuncture may help patients with autoimmune diseases relieve various symptoms; however, many treatments are needed to make a significant change. Acupuncture is an excellent tool for treating autoimmune diseases but not an exclusive treatment tool combined with other self-healing techniques.
