A natural diet can partially reduce the harmful effects of smoking and drinking. (Without industrialized food) Drinking natural juices results in a sharp reduction in eating animal products and switching to fruits, berries, nuts, mushrooms, legumes, roots, and vegetables in a large variety. Stop drinking soft and sweetened beverages, including diet drinks. It is not a full detox but an attempt to minimize the harms of smoking and alcohol.
