I am a migraine patient man 60 years old. I am desperate for all the medications I am taking.

Migraines are symptoms of intracranial pressure due to disruption of the blood flow of the jugular (neck) veins due to swollen lymph nodes.

Migraines seriously affect the quality of life. In my personal experience, migraines are crippling pain. I recommend you read the article in the attached link. Hope for recovery and acceptance of your condition will give you renewed hope and vigor to try a natural treatment method for migraines.

Discipline is not only a question of personality but also concerns the question of HOPE. People who are hopeless about recovery get into a depression that takes away their vital energies. Willpower, discipline, and perseverance are qualities needed for recovery from chronic disease, but without HOPE and ACCEPTANCE, it is almost impossible to recover from chronic diseases. I recommend that chronic patients review the Kubler-Ross, also called the grief Model. It is important to internalize that a chronic illness is mourning for the suffering patient.
