I am a 58-year-old woman who is still lovely. My husband passed away almost two years ago after a long illness. I cannot open up to anyone else, even though I have gone to countless psychological counseling.

I recommend you get acquainted with the 5-step model of grief called the Kubler-Ross model. Reaching the fifth stage - the acceptance stage to break away from mourning is essential. I believe that your late husband would also be happy to know that you are continuing in your life. The need for warmth and love exists at every age.
