A friend warmly recommended me self-detox frequencies music as a tool for alcohol withdrawal. Is it beneficial?

Listening to frequency music while lying down with eyes closed, preferably in a dark and quiet room, is recommended. It is advisable to meditate and use guided imagery. Frequencies are ineffective if they do not penetrate the subconscious. If you search YouTube, you can find several recommended frequencies, such as 432, 528, 741 Hz, and more. The sounds are very soothing and pleasing. I doubt it is possible to overcome alcohol addiction (or smoking) just by listening to selected frequencies, but the music is relaxing. If you succeed in reaching deep meditation, you may experience the relaxation of the body that will aid you in detoxification.
