Smoking, increased stress, lack of leisure, and nutrition of prepared and processed foods were far more harmful than smoking 50 years ago! Then, the diet mainly focused on home cooking. Combining industrialized foods that are highly inflammatory to our bodies and smoking is an almost sure recipe for chronic diseases.
