The need for love and sex accompanies us from the day we are born until we die. Age 60 is not old age in the 21st century. Your husband does not communicate verbally, which does not necessarily mean he does not understand or perceive. Alzheimer's patients have moments of sobriety. Supporting your husband is very important, especially if you have had a good relationship. If you decide to have an affair while married, do so modestly, without your husband feeling it. Assume that even without language, emotions remain! The dilemma is complex; no one but you will know the suitable alternatives.
