Due to my diabetes, I was advised to drink lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Is this a correct recommendation for diabetes patients?

Lemon is very acidic but acts as a chemical base in our bodies. It flushes the kidneys. In the morning, squeezing a whole lemon (possibly half) and adding lukewarm water (not cold) is recommended. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a sip of olive oil, and drink. Apple cider vinegar cleanses the liver. Drinking a tablespoon of olive oil afterward is advisable to activate the gallbladder's bile secretion. I recommend that all household members, including diabetes patients, adopt this simple habit that is easy to perform and has significant health benefits.
