Apart from IgA nephropathy, are there other similar diseases in which antibodies produce an inflammatory response without kidney pathogens?

IgA nephropathy seems to be an exceptional disease of "incorrect navigation," unlike systemic autoimmune diseases. If there is some malfunction, it tends to recur in other organs. In the case of IgA nephropathy, they are targeted to protect mucosal tissues but in the wrong location! IgA nephropathy is a disease that is attributed to be an autoimmune disease. Still, it is a disease that originates "by mistake in navigation." The result is similar to autoimmune diseases but with a different mechanism.
