Discussion: I am a 55-year-old pancreas cancer patient in a severe condition. I do not understand why luck betrayed me and made me get such a terrible disease?

I share your sense of loss, but there is no luck here! The human body never acts randomly. Well-known physicist Albert Einstein said (in another context) that God does not play dice. (Luck) Chronic diseases, including cancer, break out in the weakest energetic place in the body. In my case, it was the liver; in your case, it was probably the pancreas.
