I was advised to eat pine nuts to suppress my appetite. Is it recommended for suppressing my appetite?

Pine nuts oil contains pinolenic acid that stimulates the release of hormones (cholecystokinin), suppressing appetite. Pine nuts seeds contain very high fat percentages and are highly recommended but in a limited dose of only one handful per day. Aside from being very expensive, they do not treat the causes of obesity, which are often food and eating addiction. It would be best if you read the article in the attached link. Significant overweight people (especially young) are not lazy with weak character; they often suffer from food and eating addiction.
