I have a 16-year-old daughter. She is significantly overweight. Do I have to keep a long line of food away from home?

The exclusion of forbidden foods stems from two main reasons:
1 Worry indicates love and partnership. The home discipline of the whole family! It contributes to the feeling that this is a common struggle.
2 The second argument is that in the weaning phase (for food and eating addicts), the simple trigger is the availability of processed and industrialized foods. These snacks contribute to rapid weight gain.

You must give your daughter love and support. Natural foods are less fattening than processed foods (with sam calories), so serving your daughter only natural food is essential. Otherwise, she will be tempted by sweets and buy snacks.
