As a person with acute, chronic liver and kidney disease, the subject of stench is well known. A stench of rot wafted from me. Patients with chronic kidney disease must bathe and brush their teeth after each meal and before bed. In my view, it is allowed to say everything. The question is not only what we say but also, and especially, the way we respond.
