Discussion: Fear effect - Why Patients with chronic diseases that are considered incurable (such as autoimmune diseases) are often afraid of self-healing functional medicine treatments?

The fear effect exists in most patients with severe illnesses or those who are perceived as incurable. (Including me at the time) The explanation is related to our perception that modern medicine is omnipotent. The doctor knows everything, often delegitimizes, and even warns not to try different treatment methods. Is there a cure for autoimmune diseases? The answer is "YES." but not by medications. Autoimmune diseases can be healed only by eliminating the mental and physical causes of the disease. Medications perpetuate the patient's illness.
