I am a 55-year-old patient with ALS in a severe condition. I do not understand why luck betrayed me and made me get such a terrible disease?

I participate in your sense of loss, but there is no luck here. The human body never acts randomly. Well-known physicist Albert Einstein said (in another context) that God does not play dice! (luck) MS and ALS are not incurable diseases. Recovery from MS or ALS is achievable using self-healing medicine. Although not similar, both can be treated with the same self-healing protocols. (With few alterations.)
