If you try to find deficiencies in minerals or nutrients, you will always fail because it is a constant pursuit. The right way is simpler than you thought.

The diet of food and eating addicts is most often based on processed and industrialized foods. To compensate the body for deficiencies, there is a tendency to consume dietary supplements (which are not usually absorbed). Studies prove that these supplements do not contribute to your health! A natural and varied fresh food diet and controlled sun exposure will provide everything your body needs.

Most of us are exposed to TV shows or other media that teach us about one essential supplement. We run to the health food store and buy the supplement without changing feelings or illness! There are hundreds of nutrients. It is challenging to remember which foods contain what, so the right way is to consume varied foods, mostly from plants, preferably organic and genetically engineered. Along with controlled sun exposure, you will not need any supplement (unless you are vegan), nor will you have to strain and look for what nutrients are missing in your body.
