As a migraine patient, If you try to find deficiencies in minerals or nutrients, you will always fail because it is a constant pursuit. The right way is more straightforward than you thought.

Various additives are not intended for prolonged use, and their absorption is inferior to nutrients in food and beverages. Don't fear controlled sun exposure (with a hat and sunglasses). Vitamin D3 has anti-inflammatory properties.

Most of us are exposed to TV shows or other media that teach us about one essential supplement. We run to the health food store and buy the supplement without changing feelings or illness! There are hundreds of nutrients. It is challenging to remember which foods contain what, so the right way is to consume varied foods, mostly from plants, preferably organic and genetically engineered. With controlled sun exposure, you will not need any supplement (unless you are vegan), nor will you have to strain and look for what nutrients are missing in your body!
