I need sweet and easy-to-digest food when I watch TV. Is there a recommendation for something quick to prepare?

Two recommended and quick-to-prepare recipes of satisfying and nutritious food are relatively non-inflammatory and easy to digest. This food is suitable for patients with COPD. (as well as for healthy people)

1 Cut into small pieces of seasonal fruit such as pear, apple, peach, and persimmon. Add a handful of washed berries, goat or lamb yogurt (incredibly delicious), cinnamon, and walnuts. Extremely tasty, nutritious, satisfying, and easy to digest.

2 Put three-quarters of a cup of goat's milk and the same amount of filtered water in a pot; add a teaspoon of organic coconut oil, hazelnut butter, purified ghee butter, and (optional) a flat teaspoon of honey. Stir well and add natural (non-instant) oats until boiling. Pour into a deep dish and add cinnamon and nuts. This recipe is nutritious, non-fattening, easy to digest, and delicious.
