Artificial sweeteners are calorie-free but inflammatory to the body and can worsen migraine headaches. Therefore, they are not recommended for use. (Also for healthy people)
Non-natural substances are perceived by the body as " external invaders " and are broken down by the liver, which is forced to work hard in the modern diet. Artificial sweeteners are calorie-free but a bad alternative because a healthy weight over time is associated with good health! It is better to use natural sugar substitutes such as honey, dates, honey, carob powder, maple syrup, and stevia; they contain calories but are healthier.
