The use of artificial sweeteners is extremely harmful to food-eating addicts.

Non-natural substances are perceived by the body as "external invaders" and are broken down by the liver, forced to work hard in the modern diet. Artificial sweeteners are calorie-free but a lousy alternative because a healthy weight over time is associated with good health! Artificial sweeteners impair the hunger-satiety mechanism and are not recommended. Natural sweeteners, although they carry calories, are always preferable! Honey, date honey, carob powder, maple extract, or stevia plant extract are natural, tasty, and healthy sugar substitutes.
