I was advised to drink lemon juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Can it alleviate my migraines pain.

Lemon is very acidic but acts as a chemical base in our bodies. It flushes the kidneys. In the morning, squeeze a whole lemon (possibly half) and add lukewarm water (not cold). Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a sip of olive oil, and drink. Apple cider vinegar cleanses the liver, and olive oil activates the gallbladder. This simple anti-inflammatory method can alleviate migraine pains. If you persist, it will be noticeable after about a month or two of daily use.
