If the brain does not have pain-sensing, how are migraine headaches created?

Migraines are symptoms of intracranial pressure due to disruption of the blood flow of the jugular (neck) veins due to swollen lymph nodes.

The neck area is rich in lymph nodes designed to protect the blood supply to the brain. Inflammatory processes cause swelling of the cervical lymph nodes, which partially block blood exit from the brain through the cervical veins. (the arteries that supply blood to the brain are thicker and deeper) As a result, intracranial pressure is caused, which creates the characteristic migraine pains.
