I'm 16 and pretty fat; I think I eat relatively little! Is it possible?

Surprisingly! Processed foods are making us gain weight much faster than the same calories of natural foods. The nutrients we eat and drink and the calories they carry cannot vanish, but they can be redirected to other non-energy, "non-countable." purposes.

The source of the food, its diversity, its composition, and the hours you eat have great significance. As for the quantities, they may be misleading, so it is advisable to seek the help of a naturopath. If you think you may be suffering from a lack of control over overeating, looking for solutions related to food and eating addiction is advisable.
