The terminology "alternative medicine" was invented by the medical establishment. But the name reflects something inferior! The correct and most appropriate term is - Medicine for self-healing. Philosophically, only one medicine aims to maintain good health through disease prevention or the cure of diseases. This goal can be achieved in two main ways and a combination of them. Self-healing medicine uses the extraordinary abilities of the body and mind to heal itself, but it is not always possible or available. The other medicine is a medicine that interferes with invasive and other medicinal means. The two medicines are a mirror image of each other. They must be synchronized. There is no case of one medicine being superior or the other inferior.
