Strengthening your emotional bond with your husband by improving your sex life can help you recover. Sexual therapy, especially when one partner is chronically ill, requires specialization. Chronic inflammatory diseases lower the energy level of the body. (Who constantly fights to prevent the inflammations from spreading) Depression combined with a low energy level impairs the ability for sexual arousal. This is a vicious cycle that, to break it, one must take tools that are not just sexual. The belief that everyone can be healed and accept the disease as a curable temporary condition is critical to returning to a routine with regular sex. Attached is a short article about sex among patients with chronic diseases. Recommended that you read and apply. I recommend trying tantric sex for patients with chronic diseases; it is very relaxing, and there is no obligation to reach an orgasm. (Although possible)
