Congratulations on the upcoming birth. Being fat is not a destiny, certainly not for an unborn baby. Obesity is not a significant hereditary trait. Even if there is a genetic predisposition to obesity, about 80% are determined through diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you want to instill the right nutritional start (and for yourself) in your child, you must eliminate all ready-made, industrialized, quick-to-prepare foods, including soft drinks and diet drinks. The birth may motivate you to maintain a healthy diet that will make you lose weight. I encourage you to deepen and understand the mental factors that made you obese in the first place.
