The food you eat is not varied and is not considered healthy. You are putting a lot of strain on your liver and kidneys. The metabolic load increases dramatically towards the age of 50. If you have a relatively healthy lifestyle, you may very well stay healthy; if you have a stressful job and an unhealthy lifestyle, you will probably feel the results in a decade or more. Alcohol gradually destroys the liver, and the accumulated damage weakens the immune system.
