Do healthcare systems today reflect economic efficiency?

Efforts are being made to improve the efficiency of healthcare systems worldwide. However, in the absence of efficient preventative medicine and appointment length and frequency tailored to the patient's condition, resource allocation is inefficient in the first place. Today's preventive medicine is based on a situation where the risk has already occurred, and the patient is already identified in the risk group. An effective preventive medicine system requires implementing artificial intelligence in healthcare systems.
