Is State Health Insurance only suitable for a Socialist Worldview?

As an economist with an MBA in business administration, I believe state health insurance is required in every developed country. Every person deserves the fundamental right to proper medical care. In the long run, state insurance is clearly of economic interest to the state! The burden of health services from the GDP is steadily rising; soon, large populations will not access advanced health services. Considering drunkenness, social problems, crime, and productivity in employment, the picture already looks different, even from a self-interested capitalist point of view. Primary medical care for state citizens should not be a political issue. Primary medical care is a fundamental right and serves the social fabric that drives prosperity.
