Limited attention from doctors exists in almost all medical specialties (not only in heart diseases). Doctors work under an inhuman load and devote a limited amount of time to each patient when you see the waiting line! You also try to shorten the conversation with the doctor.

Doctors' overload is familiar, although I do not know numerical data on the phenomenon. The coronavirus outbreak created enormous pressure on the health systems, only exacerbating the phenomenon. To the best of my personal experience, the phenomenon of limited attention also exists in private medicine. Doctors are sometimes forced to work long hours and are very tired. Health systems assign the same queues to everyone without prioritizing quality time for more challenging patients. Of course, some very empathetic doctors devote the required time. In my estimation, the phenomenon you point out is a very acute global problem that will only worsen! In my analysis, we will be treated by an artificial intelligence specialist doctor software within a decade or two.
