Apart from the brain and liver, most of the major organs in the human body are pain-sensitive.

The immune system is weak in patients with autoimmune diseases because it attacks itself. Liver-kidney functions are the most critical for the immune system. You often do not know the state of your liver's functions! Blood tests provide only a partial picture.

If the liver were a pain-sensing organ, most people and autoimmune patients would have severe pain! We can feel pain in our bodies almost anywhere possible. Although there is no "brain" pain, migraines are one of the most troublesome. The liver has no pain, but the gallbladder and nearby organs have pain sensations. The pains of chronic liver patients (like me) are horrible because the body rots! But this is not a pain of the liver itself.
