Discussion: I watch transgender celebrities who have changed their sex, their original sex can be discerned, so maybe the whole surgery is unnecessary?

In transgender people, there is a conflict between the biological sex and the energetic sex. Sex reassignment surgery is designed to bring the physical entity as close to the energetic, more powerful entity. In my view, sex reassignment surgery makes them feel whole with their sex, even if their appearance does not perfectly match the natural appearance of that sex member.
