Blood tests indicated a deficient level of vitamin D. Should I be exposed to the sun or use supplements as suggested to me?

Practical issues regarding food and eating addiction patients. People who are significantly overweight (especially women) tend not to be exposed to the sun at the sea or pool mainly because of discomfort. The phenomenon only exacerbates the lack of vitamin D3, which is typical also in hot places.

The sun is the source of life on earth. People mistakenly avoid controlled sun exposure! Most people today have a chronic vitamin D deficiency. The additives are not absorbed as in the natural fortification of sun exposure. Vitamin D3 is a cholesterol derivative and has a far-reaching effect on the immune system, as many recent studies have shown in the context of the coronavirus.
