You can apply two drops of eucalyptus or grapefruit seed oil (both very bitter). In that case, you will feel almost immediate relief because of eucalyptus oil's antibacterial and antiviral properties. But this is a temporary solution, not a substitute for maintaining oral hygiene and dental care. Gingivitis is sometimes a symptom of deterioration in the liver condition among alcoholics. Among smokers, there is an acute problem of gingivitis that requires frequent cleaning by a dental hygienist and maintaining oral hygiene and regular brushing after meals.
