The "Chinese method" of sharply reducing smoking. (Willpower and perseverance are still needed)

It is relevant only to COPD patients who are smokers.

China is a country with one of the highest smoking rates globally. During my extended stay in China, I learned a practical method to reduce smoking. For those who cannot quit smoking entirely or are in the weaning process, an alternative significantly reduces the scope of tobacco. (Still requires self-discipline)

The method is based on the obligation to drink freshly squeezed natural juice throughout the day as a smoking condition! The juice can be grapefruit juice or any other naturally squeezed juice. (It is not very sweet and is not orange juice.)

Smoking is limited to 2-3 cigarettes in the morning, after meals, and before bed—a total of 10-15 cigarettes a day—no more! In most cases, this is a sharp decline in smoking. Drinking natural juices significantly reduces the cumulative damage. The method may not be ideal, but it is better than nothing!
